This research aims to: (1) analyze the functions and goals of Indonesian education from Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s perspective; (2) analyze what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the function and goals of Indonesian educationin the perspective of Ki Hadjar Dewantara.
